amazing life

i think life is getting more exciting by the day.
it is not work related at all. i used to think when work seems to take up a major factor/ time of your life. when i dint perform at work for some period or became more demotivated, i felt that other parts of my life was affected.

but lately.
everything seems to excite me.
the newness of information.
the experiences of people's stories and lives.
biographies of successful people.
life. and just living life. omg!

there is so much information overload on e internet and how successful speakers/authors has so much in-depth thinking about life.

just for starters:

1)went with my colleague for drinks today with my director whom climbed her way from a personal assistant to a director. she is a lady, very independent and analytical.
she amazes me on the intensity of focus on her career.

2) the art of radical exclusion
exclude things/ tasks/ people if they do not aid u to get to ur goal. sounds cruel but sometimes sacrifices have to be made for the greater good.

3) experiences now!!
my trainer felice yeong told me that i am young and that i have the chance to see the world so i should go ahead and just enjoy life as it is. see the world, try new jobs, new experiences, do humanitarian work. anything that i love so when i grow old. i wont look back and regret anything.

5) whiny people
i thought i could accept people real easily; but after some occurences. i found that i am not totally not accepting to people whom are perpetually downcast and negative.
they whine but cannot find the solution. so what is the point of whining and creating negative tension when it does not value add to people. the fact that she is my friend; i will listen to her whines. but if this is on a long term basis; i do not see what is the point.

6) value add
everyone wants some to value add to their lives. why would i converse with you, why would i want to befriend or network with you? the reason is that you can value add to my life.
in terms of certain areas.

money;
information;
resources;
network;
fun loving and humor;
personality
status level.
which one do you use to attract people to you?

6) resources and resourcefulness
(excuses)why people fail :
resources:
time
money
contacts
bad boss
no opportunity

reasons why people succeed despite having no resources.
they have resourcefulness :

creativity
passion
determination
resourcefulness
building intentional contacts



7) think big; dun let minor details or things affect you


8) intention for crime.
if the cops cannot find an intention to your crime; they cannot have the right to charge/sue you.

9) realistic world n idealistic world
my realistic world is earning money to support bills, expenses etc..
my idealistic world is doing humanitarian world, helping people, adding value, creating awareness of values, innovation, ideas.

10) just grow up
dun judge me just bcos i mixed with the people you dun like. is'nt that such a childish act.

12) the thing that scares me is that i haven been going to church or praying much yet i feel so excited about life. it is the first time in my life that i have lived without God and yet so passionate about it.
it scares me; now i seem to understand how secular people can live without God but yet love life.
